Chase for Adventure 4: The Mysterious Bracelet

Play this game free for one hour here!

Chase for Adventure 4: The Mysterious Bracelet is the game we're checking out today from It's a time management game & kind of a resource collection game but this one does involve a bit more strategy than others I've played.

I didn't want to like this game. I have to say that up front. The graphics are nice but seem a bit juvenile, maybe it's the female character Ann. I haven't been able to figure out what makes this seem like a younger type of game to me, but I had my mind set on not liking it. The next thing I knew, an hour had gone by & the free play time had expired. I had just played the game I didn't want to like for a solid hour! I think I liked it.

This is the first time I've played a Chase for Adventure game. Obviously, this is part of a series if this is number 4. Ann is your main character & she's been asked to study an ancient bracelet. Apparently, it's not really a bracelet but some kind of device that takes her to Cloud City (Made me think of The Empire Strikes Back!) & it poses a threat to people everywhere. There is a Collector's Edition of this game, but this version won't take you there, you'll have to search for it.

The big question: Do I think it's worth buying? Yes, I do. Any game that I can play & not realize that I've just played through the entire free play session is worth getting. I get bored & frustrated easy & that didn't happen to me at all with Chase for Adventure 4: The Mysterious Bracelet. Game Club Members can pick up this version for $6.99, non-members pay $9.99 & the Collector's Edition always costs a few dollars more. You've got nice, smooth movement. Bright colors, no unnecessary dialogue interruptions or hokey sound effects. I think all ages would enjoy this one. Let me know what you think after you try it out. Make sure you subscribe to my blog, too. You never know what I'll review next!
